The Research Bank is growing organically and we are currently looking for potential researchers to join us. We are constantly being asked for additional research from existing and new clients. We attribute this directly to the calibre and dedication of the people who work for us.

Our team is composed of a special and unique mix of people, who find the work stimulating and interesting. We encourage an environment which is friendly and relaxed, but which provides continuous support and guidance throughout the complex and sometimes difficult research process. We aim to maximise each researcher's potential and invest considerable time and effort in training, both internal and external.

Our standards are extremely high and we look for individuals who demonstrate the same level of commitment and service that we offer our clients.

Within the Research Bank there are three levels of researchers and we like to promote from within, thus giving opportunity for a real career with us -

• Junior Researcher
• Research Associate
• Senior Researcher Associate

A researcher's role typically includes -

• Working within a dedicated team our researchers are given a particular aspect of the research assignment to deliver
• Identifying target companies using various research tools
• Building up market information by networking
• Identifying and sourcing individuals/teams within various institutions
• Conducting approach calls and profiling of individuals.

There is no set formula that prescribes what makes a successful researcher and our current team comes from diverse backgrounds, some with experience and others with none.

If you have some of the following attributes, we would be interested in talking to you -

• Of graduate calibre
• Have commercial experience in any of our industry sectors
• Have excellent communication skills and enjoy talking to a variety of different people, particularly on the telephone
• Possess drive, commitment and enthusiasm
• Have the ability to meet strict deadlines, take pride and responsibility for work produced and are self motivated
• Have intellectual curiosity with a genuine interest in learning, or furthering existing research skills
• Have a desire to work in a project-driven environment
