Katherine is Founding Director of The Research Bank and is responsible for building the business, the development of strategic relationships, and continuously looking at innovative ways of improving the companys services. As a graduate from the University of Cape Town with a BA in Law, she has over 12 years of experience delivering intelligence, talent management and candidate sourcing solutions to international clients.
Christine is a Director of The Research Bank. Since graduating from the University of Liverpool with a BA in Business Economics and Communications, Christine has excelled in both executive research and executive search, primarily specializing in Investment Management, Banking and Board Practice. In her role as Head of Operations, Christine acts as the client liaison and lead consultant on all assignments and is responsible for the management and development of the researchers and senior associates.
Amanda is a Non-Executive Director and co-founder of the Research Bank. After a career across a breadth of diverse industries, she established a boutique consultancy in 1997 providing consultants and researchers to global executive search firms. She has held various NED roles, acts as a Consultant for several companies advising senior executives, and is a member of the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants.
